Please read the following information before starting the abstract submission process.
You must create an account and sign in to create an abstract submission. You can create an account and sign in on the screens immediately following this one.
The submission information on the subsequent screens will not be saved unless you complete the entire abstract submission process in one session. You cannot enter partial information on these screens and then return at a later time to finish your submission form. The information will not be saved.
Once this entire process has been completed, you are then able to edit your abstract submission form if information has changed since the time of submission. You will be able to edit the submission form and your uploaded abstract document up until the abstract submission deadline date.
Abstract Microsoft Word document requirements
You will be required to upload your abstract document (Microsoft Word Document format) during the following abstract submission process. We strongly recommend that you take the time now to get your abstract document into our required format before you begin the abstract submission process. This will ensure that your submission process will continue smoothly. Please prepare your document by following the instructions below.

We have a required format (page size is 6.5 x 5.28 inches wide in portrait mode, margins are: top, right and left 0.25 and bottom 0.29) in which we will accept Microsoft Word abstract documents. You may download our Microsoft Word template by clicking here.
When you open the Microsoft Word template please display in the 'Page Layout' mode. This is available under the 'View' menu. If you have already typed your abstract, you may simply cut and paste it into the template. If you cut and paste, be sure the font is Times New Roman 10pt. It must fit on one page or your abstract submission will be rejected. To change the font, 'Select All' under the 'Edit' menu and then select Times New Roman font and choose the 10pt font size.
Your abstract document must be limited to 2500 characters not including Title, Authors, Institution, City, and State.
IMPORTANT: Upon saving do NOT change paper size, margins, or the file name.
Your Microsoft Word document must be in Word 2010 format. Please save your document in Word 2010 format or it may not upload correctly.
You will need to include the abstract title, authors, city, state, country and institution where the work was performed in the Microsoft Word document that you will upload. Be sure this information is included in your document.
Once you've created your abstract document in Microsoft Word format, please retain this file on your computer's file system. You will be asked to upload this file during the following abstract submission process.
